One of the original guard gated, golf course communities in the Las Vegas valley. Spanish Trails originated in the mid 1980's. The community boasts class with it's sprawling green grass and mature landscaping. Spanish Trails is conveniently located just west of the airport and Las Vegas Strip on Tropicana, with the amenities of Summerlin only being a short ride away.

The golf course that surrounds the neighborhoods within the community was designed by Robert Trent Jones,Jr. It consists of three nine-whole courses, each different skill levels. The community also has a tennis center with 12 tennis courts, a tennis shop and classes that are available.

Just a short drive West on Tropicana is the newer smaller community of Spanish Hills. THE COMMUNITY OF SPANISH HILLS IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH SPANISH TRAILS. Spanish Hills is a guard gated community with beautifully manicured grounds. This community is smaller than Spanish Trails (only 110 homes) and newer. Spanish Hills was built in the mid 90's. Many of the homes are elevated on beautiful hills and have amazing strip views. Current price ranges are 700,000 to 10 million for estate homes.
